This site exists to start engineering conversations — not to harvest contacts. Here is exactly what happens to what you send us.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the inquiry form or by email: your email address; optional company, country, and WhatsApp/phone number; your requirement description; and any files you attach (drawings, photos, specifications, video links). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

One purpose: to review your requirement and reply with an engineering answer — questions, a proposal, or a quotation. Your files are used only to engineer your configuration. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own use.

Confidentiality

Your drawings, photos, and specifications stay confidential and are seen only by the engineers working on your inquiry. If your material is sensitive, ask for an NDA in your first reply — it is available on request before you send anything.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project — and so we don't ask you for the same information twice. If you want your inquiry deleted, write to us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Write to info@cie-equipment.example and a person — not a bot — will handle it.

Who is responsible
