Custom Engineering

Send us a problem. We'll send back a machine.

You don't need a finished specification to start. We take what you have — a drawing, a sample, an existing machine, or just the symptom on your line — and turn it into equipment that is engineered, built, and tested as one accountable project.

Two Ways In

Start from a proven platform — or engineer from zero.

Both are real paths, and we'll tell you honestly which one your project needs. The first is faster and lower-risk; the second is for requirements no platform covers.

Path A · Platform Modification

Configure a proven unit

Our equipment domains — hot-cutting and sealing systems, corona treatment power, control systems — are in batch production. Your requirement shapes the configuration: current range, blade interface, panel language, integration.

  • Faster schedule — the build process already exists
  • Lower risk — batch-proven components and testing
  • Suitable for most "make it fit my line" requirements
Path B · True Non-Standard

Engineer from your requirement

When the requirement doesn't match any platform — a different process, a combination no catalog covers — we engineer the machine around it: concept, design review, build, validation.

  • Engineering proposal before anything is built
  • Your approval at each design checkpoint
  • Ends wherever it should: one machine, a batch, or repeat supply

The Process

From your requirement to a running machine — in six steps.

Every step has a checkpoint you can inspect. You always know what stage your project is at — and what's needed from your side next.

01

Share Your Requirement

A description, drawing, sample, or photo — however incomplete. An engineer reviews it.

02

Feasibility & Quote

We confirm the approach and return a realistic scope and quotation — including what's not included.

03

Engineering & Design

Mechanical, electrical, and control design. You approve before anything is cut.

04

Build & Assembly

Fabrication, wiring, and assembly on our line, with progress you can check in on.

05

Test & Validation

Functional run against your criteria. Video acceptance available for remote FAT.

06

Result & Supply

Delivery with documentation — and repeat production of the same build when you need it.

What To Send

Start with what you already have.

Any one of these is a valid starting point. Send it — our engineers will define the rest with you.

01

A drawing

PDF, DWG, STEP — even a hand sketch.

02

A sample part

Mail it — we measure and quote from it.

03

A photo or video

Of your part, your line, or the machine to replace.

04

A specification

Throughput, dimensions, materials — whatever you know.

05

A production problem

Describe what's going wrong — we'll ask the right questions.

06

An existing machine

For modification, retrofit, or benchmarking.

IP & Confidentiality

Your drawings are yours. Full stop.

Files you send are used only to engineer your configuration and are not shared or reused. An NDA is available on request — before you send anything sensitive, if you prefer. Built-to-print work stays built-to-print: your design is manufactured to your specification, not repurposed.

Timeline & Pricing

Honest schedules. Firm quotes.

Timeline

What drives the schedule

Platform configurations move fastest because the build process exists. Engineered variants add design and validation time. You receive a realistic schedule with the quotation — and progress checkpoints while it runs.

Pricing Logic

How the quote is built

After an engineering review, you get a firm quotation stating what's included — design, build, testing, documentation. Early-stage budget ranges are available on request, given honestly wide.

For Machine Builders

OEM components & spares — supplied the way you build.

We supply other machine makers the same subsystems we build into our own equipment — hot-cutting knife systems, corona power, control cabinets and consoles — with the integration and supply-continuity work done properly.

01

Integrate into your machines

Mounting interfaces matched to your sealing or treatment position, control signals your PLC can drive, documentation your engineers can work from — in English if your line exports.

02

Random & aftermarket spares

A first-year spares list classified by downtime risk ships with the machine. Wear parts stay in repeat supply for machines already in your customers' hands — so your after-sales doesn't go quiet.

03

Engineering backup

Application questions answered by the engineers who build the units — sizing, material windows, fault-finding — so your project team isn't left translating between suppliers.

Send one requirement set (BOM, drawing, or the machine photos) and we'll return a per-unit assessment and an OEM spares proposal — terms and volumes discussed directly. Start the conversation →

Send what you have. We'll take it from there.

A photo, a paragraph, or a drawing — whatever you have is enough to start. An engineer — not a bot — reviews it and replies.
