Corona Treatment Power Systems

High-voltage power modules that drive corona treaters on film extrusion, converting, and printing lines. Consistent output, honest monitoring, and protection that reacts before your film or your treater does. Matched to your treater station, your line, your market.

The Problem It Solves

Untreated film quietly fails downstream — treated film sells.

Ink and coating won't stick

Polyolefin films arrive with surface energy too low for printing, laminating, or sealing. Without consistent corona treatment, adhesion failures surface at your customer — not at your roll.

Output drifts with the line

Treatment level depends on stable power delivery at speed. A supply without monitoring lets operators discover problems by the printed result, hours too late.

Stalls turn into damage

If the treater stops while high voltage stays on, the electrode and the web both suffer. Protection that senses a stall and cuts output is the difference between a pause and a repair.

How It Works

Controlled high voltage, visible on the panel.

The power module drives the treater station's electrode with controlled high voltage, raising the surface energy of the passing film so inks, coatings, and adhesives bond. Output is set with the front-panel power adjustment and can be tuned per material and line speed.

Input voltage and output current are displayed on the panel, so the operator sees what the film is actually receiving — not a guess. Running and failure indicators give at-a-glance status on the line.

Protection is built in: stall protection cuts output if the treater stops turning, fault indication flags abnormal states, and high-voltage start is interlocked for safe daily operation.

Customization

Matched to your treater station — not the other way around.

The 3 kW class unit is our standard production platform. The points below are configured at order time or engineered as variants.

Power rating

3 kW is the batch-production class; other ratings are evaluated against your web width and line speed.

Treater station matching

Output characteristics arranged to your electrode and roller configuration — not a generic fit.

Monitoring & feedback

Panel display as standard, or status and alarms relayed to your PLC / main HMI.

Operator panel language

English panels are in production; other market languages configured at order.

Protection & interlocks

Stall protection, fault signalling, and HV start interlock arranged to your safety practice.

Supply voltage & plugs

Input voltage and connector standards matched to the destination market.

Enclosure & mounting

Bench, cabinet, or machine-integrated mounting; cooling arranged for your ambient.

OEM branding

Machine builders can carry their own brand on the unit — a standard path for us.

Configurations and what they change for you.

What we need from you.

Five items — rough is fine. An engineer turns them into a configuration and a quotation.

  • 01Your application — film type, treatment purpose (printing, laminating, sealing).
  • 02Web width and line speed — or the treater station you already run.
  • 03Station interface — electrode / roller type and how the unit should connect.
  • 04Destination market — voltage, plugs, panel language.
  • 05What you have — photos of the station, the old supply, or just the problem.

Missing some of these? Send what you have — we'll ask for the rest in one reply, not a long email chain.

FAQ

Before you ask.

We need more (or less) than 3 kW. Is that possible?

3 kW is the class in batch production. Other ratings are an engineering evaluation against your web width, speed, and material — send the application and you'll get a realistic answer, including "no" if a different approach serves you better.

Can you match our existing treater station?

Yes — send photos and nameplate data of the station. The output characteristics and connections are arranged to your electrode and roller configuration.

Do you supply under our brand?

Yes — OEM/ODM with faceplate branding, panel language, and interface options agreed at order time.

Will our line details stay confidential?

Yes. Files and line information are used only to engineer your configuration. An NDA is available on request.

How is the unit verified before shipping?

Every unit goes through high-voltage functional testing on our bench. Video acceptance is available so you can see it run before it ships.

Need dependable power behind your treatment line?

Send the application and what you have. An engineer replies with a configuration — or an honest recommendation if your problem lives somewhere else.
